Perhaps the Surest Sign of the Pope's Poor Health



Is his elevating his personal secretary to Stanislaw Dziwisz to an Archbishop on Monday. He's preparing for his death when Dziwisz will be at the mercy of his successor. By making him an Archbishop he insures that he'll be treated better.
